We only collect the essential information required to build your digital infrastructure and process your billing legally.

• Basic Contact & Business Info: Name, Email Address, Phone/WhatsApp Number, Business Name, and GSTIN (for tax invoicing).
• Project Details: Information submitted strictly for work purposes via our 'Brand DNA Form' (e.g., logo preferences, color themes, business requirements).

What We DO NOT Collect: We do not collect sensitive legal documents (like PAN Card or Aadhaar) or any direct Bank Account details. All payments are processed through our highly secure, RBI-compliant payment partner.

2. How We Use Your Information (Strictly for Work)

We respect your time and privacy. Your data is used exclusively to deliver the services you paid for:

• To process your payment and generate GST invoices.
• To execute your project (developing your website, CRM, and brand assets).
• To communicate with you strictly regarding your order status, project updates, and technical support.

Zero Spam Policy: We do not use your data to send promotional emails, marketing campaigns, or unsolicited WhatsApp messages. We will only contact you when it is necessary for your project's workflow.

3. Third-Party Integrations

To keep our systems fast and secure, we limit our reliance on external tools. We currently integrate only with:

• Razorpay: For processing secure payments.
• Google APIs: For essential website functionalities (like rendering maps or calendar scheduling).

No Hidden Data Sharing: We do not use third-party marketing tools like Mailchimp or external CRM platforms that compromise your data. We never sell or share your data with B2B directories, competitors, or marketing agencies.

4. Cookies and Tracking (No Ad Retargeting)

We do not track your behavior across the internet. We do not use tracking pixels (like Meta/Facebook Pixel) to follow you with annoying ads on Instagram or Facebook after you leave our website. Any cookies used by our website are strictly "essential cookies" required for basic functionality, such as keeping your session active during the checkout process.

5. Data Retention & Offboarding Policy

We do not hoard your data.

Project Data Deletion: If a client offboards, terminates our service, or claims a refund, all of their project data (Brand DNA forms, design files, credentials, and custom code) is permanently deleted from our active servers shortly after the offboarding process is complete.

Tax Compliance Exception: The only data we retain is the basic billing information (Client Name, Business Name, Contact, and GSTIN) printed on your invoices. This is kept purely for accounting, auditing, and Indian tax law compliance.

6. The GYB360° Data Sovereignty Promise

Any leads, customer data, or inquiries generated through the custom CRM and websites we build for you belong 100% exclusively to you. We have no access to, nor do we monitor, the private leads generated by your business.

7. Your Rights

As our client, you always have the right to request access to the information we hold about you or ask for corrections to any inaccurate billing details. Since we automatically delete project data upon offboarding, your privacy is naturally guaranteed.
